Course Overview
This programme is aimed at providing duty managers, responsible for the safety and wellbeing of staff and members of the public, with the knowledge and skills to deal with critical incidents. This programme addresses the needs of service providers and businesses in the field, by supporting Duty Managers in their understanding of incident resolution and equipping them with skills to respond effectively with minimum disruption to business operations.
By the end of the programme, delegates will have a greater knowledge and understanding of the key skills required to bring an incident under control and achieve a successful outcome.
This course can be delivered over 4 days or alternatively over two 2-day sessions.
